A native of Las Vegas with more than 25 years of experience in the real estate market, Nicole Milner Breen has achieved tremendous success as a real estate broker with sales numbers to prove it. Specializing in luxury condominiums sales since 2006, Breen has sold more than $500 million in sales volume, including projects from Lake Las Vegas to the renowned Las Vegas Strip.

Breen’s expertise and experience includes the management of general brokerages, agent development training, homeowner association management and statistical data analysis for some of the most distinguished projects in Las Vegas. She was also one of the most respected real estate recruiters in Las Vegas and was responsible for hiring more than 1,000 agents over the years. Breen has sustained close relationships with past brokerages and brokers.

Breen’s familiarity and knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market, particularly in luxury sales and High-rise, has led to her recognition as an expert in the field. She has spoken on Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) Global Business Committee panels regarding high-rise and Condo-hotel markets. She was a member of Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and regularly hosted events for GLVAR, CRS, WCR, Realty One Group, amongst others.

Breen strives to succeed as not only a realtor, but also as a wife and mother. She displays a tremendous amount of passion and belief in both her business and personal life, and was named as one of Las Vegas’ most influential women in business 2012.
